Like everything they make, these are raw, vegan, organic, gluten-free, paleo, tree nut free, non-GMO, and delicious! Nutritional yeast and sunflower seeds are what gives these crackers their "cheezy" taste. Fun fact, nutritional yeast is a complete protein and is loaded with B vitamins. Enjoy them as they are or top with your favourite spread, crumble atop salads as a crouton, or add them to soup.

Ingredients: organic sweet potato, organic coconut, organic sunflower seeds, organic buckwheat, organic chia seed, nutritional yeast, organic apple cider vinegar, Himalayan salt.
