At Heritage Properties of Canada (HPOC) our goal is to offer you the best shipping options and to provide the very highest levels of responsiveness.  Below are details about how we ship products.  Feel free to contact us at support@hpoc.ca with any shipping-related questions.

There are three types of shipping fulfillment involved with products sold on our site: 1) by HPOC, 2) by a Canadian supplier, and 3) by an out-of-country supplier.  Delivery times differ for each type of fulfillment, as explained below.

The time frame for order delivery is also divided into two parts:

Processing time: Time involving order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging.

Shipping time: Time involved in shipping from the supplier to the destination. 

1) HPOC FULFILLMENT:

Processing time: Within 2 days.

Shipping time: 2-5 days within Canada. 

2) CANADIAN SUPPLIER FULFILLMENT:

Processing time: Within 2 days.

Shipping time: 2-5 days within Canada. 

3) OUT-OF-COUNTRY SUPPLIER FULFILLMENT:

Processing time: Within 6 days.  All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 2 days after the order is placed. The manufacturer then processes the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.

Shipping time: Delivery usually takes between 7–30 business days, depending on the supplier and their shipping service. Please contact us regarding your order for further information at support@hpoc.ca .
